I Am Possible with SirRon Simmons
-
- Hi, I'm SirRon Simmons. I'm 11 years old and I’m from New York. I love New York and wherever I go I keep it in my heart always. I'm African American and Panamanian. I love dancing, singing, acting, and modeling. I'm inspired by Skai Jackson because she is wise beyond her years and has done so much in her 14 years of life. I'm shy, but I’m outspoken once you get to know me. I like to create and think about things that I could invent that haven't been invented yet. My favorite type of magic is blackgirlmagic.
- What inspires you?
- Music and art inspire me, because I love bright colors and upbeat music and together they inspire me to do amazing things. Dance. Sing. Create! I become inspired to do anything. Music and art make me want to let go and relax, go outside and run, or go do some flips in my hallway.
- What are your dreams for the future?
- My dreams for the future are to become a singer, professional dancer, model, and actor because doing those things make me happy and I think everyone should be happy with their career choice and love what they do. I also want to be a surgeon to help people and save lives.
- Who is your role model and why?
- I have two role models. My role models are Alicia Keys and Rihanna. They are my role models because they have ultimate black girl magic and they’re not afraid to speak their mind. Alicia keys shows off her natural beauty and that you don't need makeup to look beautiful. Rihanna is confident and has the take serious, leader attitude that can rub off on you.
- Please finish this sentence: I am possible because….
- I have my family that supports me. I can think quick on my feet and defeat any obstacle that gets in my way. I'm intelligent and confident in what I do. I never give up and when I fall I get back up and try again. I'm serious in everything I do. I have so much black girl magic that I know if I put my mind to anything, I can achieve anything.
- Why do you like Isossy Children and how does it make you feel when you wear Isossy Children clothes?
- I like Isossy Children because the clothes make me feel like royalty. The way the clothes are designed with such uniqueness make me feel like a princess. The texture of the clothes is so soft and comfortable; you can wear them at anytime and anywhere.

I’ve ripped the runway in several fashion shows, such as Walk Fashion Show in Atlanta, GA and Charlotte Fashion Week. I have also been featured in various kid fashion magazines such as Wild Child, Fashion Kids, 29 Eleven, Ultra Style & Talent and Snap Model magazines. I am a Brand Rep for some amazing shops such as My Little Gent, Evolving Diva Inc & OFB Apparel. I recently shot my first music video and first student film. When I’m not on the runway or stage, you can catch me perfecting my acting craft with She Scouts, practicing karate, reading or playing on the Wii. I’m also a Decarlo Kid and Lil Angelz.
What inspires you?
Bringing joy to others inspires me. Whether it’s a hug or joke, I like to brighten others day. I’m inspired by the smiles and applause I receive when on the runway or stage.
What are your dreams for the future?
My dreams for the future are to be a basketball player and actor. I want to be a household name.
Who is your role model and why?
My role model is my mommy. My mommy is my #1 fan and goes hard for me. No matter how long her day has been, she takes the time to help me with homework, practice scripts, perfect my runway walk & poses and take pictures of me. My mommy is always looking for ways to build my brand. She says it’s her duty to ensure I’m walking in God’s purpose for my life.
I am possible….
I am possible because I don’t allow others to define me. I have ADHD, but I am determined to break barriers. I am a Jeremiah 29:11 kid. I am possible because I believe that God has plans for me to give me a future and a hope.
Why do I like Isossy Children’s clothing?

Penelope B Interview
What have you been up to from the last time we talked?
OMG! So much! I've helped kids in a Philadelphia orphanage, worked a lot which I love doing too!
When do you feel you have worked hard?
I feel I work the hardest at school. I have to do really good in school. Because it's important and because I don't want to stop acting and dancing. Good grades are important.
What do you think is your biggest achievement so far?
My biggest achievement is getting people together to help kids. It's not easy but it is I guess because I'm a kid and people are inspired by what I want to do when I want to help kids. I love that!
You inspire people, so what advice could you give to other kids?
My advice to other kids is to dream big and always believe in yourself. Not everyone is going to be happy for you but that's ok. We are all different and that's ok too because we all have a purpose in life. Never change who you are and always be a good person. Never give up and follow your journey.
Tell us more about your new collection: ‘self-love’
My new collection is based on loving yourself. Even when you don't feel your at your best it's ok you should still love yourself and feel good about you. So it's to inspire kids and especially girls little and my age that you have to love yourself no matter what.
Why this idea to make a collection?
Well when I was 8 and sometimes still. I'd get bullied. But when I was younger it was really bad because I didn't understand why kids would be mean. So many kids get hurt by other kids in social media, school and stuff. I wanted to make shirts to inspire kindness and love. My parents are awesome and talk to me a lot but not every kid has that or they are scared to say something. They shouldn't be. It's good to express your feelings so others can help. Making shirts helped me feel better. I know it's not my fault that kids want to be mean. Hopefully my shirts help kids that wear them and read them.
You have a big heart and are doing amazing work helping kids. How is that going?
Awe thank you!!! I really love it! In May 2016 I started a drive that helped girls in an orphanage. I had a box in my school and my church, City Reach Philly. Kids Helping Kids by PenelopeB Collected over 500 things for this drive! Some of the young kids have babies and a lot of the things collected helped babies and their moms. I'm planning to do something in the winter. This makes me really happy. Like sometimes I hear the stories or see kids that have less than me and it makes me so sad I just want to cry.
Has creating collections to help people always been your dream or are there more projects we can await?
The collection was inspired by my bullies. It wasn't planned but I'm so happy I did it. I get emails from girls that are even older than me that are inspired and love my message. I'm glad my parents support me and all of the moms and teens that buy them too. Thank you everybody!!! I don't know what's going to happen but I want to grow up and always help people. It's a nice feeling.
I do have a project that's on hold. Only because I've been working and stuff. But yes!! Hopefully soon and I have an awesome director that offered to help me.
Do you want to do something in connection with ballet?
I love ballet, I haven't thought about any projects yet. But who knows (smiles)
What age do you look forward to – and why?
16!!! I can't wait to get a car (giggles)
What’s next for Penelope B?
I don't know. I hope to continue to help kids, work on my project and continue working in modeling, acting and commercials.

I Am Possible with Darien Douglas
My name is Darien Douglas, I’m 7 years old, and I live in Brooklyn NY. My favorite hobbies are reading, gymnastics, and having fun adventures with my little brother. I just started the 3rd grade, and I am so excited. I love school, and I always do really well with my school work. I also go to Barbizon for Acting/Modeling classes. I want to be famous one day. I love attention, and I have an awesome smile. My mom helps me prepare for auditions. Modeling/Acting is hard work, but I really do love it. When I grow up, I would like to be a Scientist, and Soccer Player.
What inspires you?
I am inspired by great athletes like Gabby Douglas. In the beginning, I loved her because we had the same name. It made me feel famous. After I watched her movie, I was inspired by her because she’s a great gymnast. She worked so hard to pursue her dreams of going to the Olympics. I am also a gymnast. I’ve been taking gymnastics since I was 15 months old. I don’t think I’ll ever make it to the Olympics, but I hope to be as good as her when I’m 16!
What are your dreams for the future?
In the future, I would like to be an important scientist like George Washington Carver. I want to be a scientist because I want to study, and experiment with things that can help contribute to a better world. I wouldn’t mind studying marine life. I love the ocean, and the living beings within it.
Who is your role model and why?
My role model is my mother because she is the smartest person I know. She knows a little about everything, and she cooks really yummy food. My mom is a Speech-Language Pathologist, and I think that’s pretty cool. She always says giving someone the power of communication is an amazing feeling. I love watching her at work. My Dad is also my role model because he is a Police Officer. Sometimes I’m angry because my dad has to work so many hours. However, my mom said that it’s her job to take care of us, so he can take care of the people. I think it’s awesome that my dad protects NYC. He’s like Batman…or maybe Batdad!
Please finish this sentence:
I am possible because…. I am free to be me. What makes me who I am, is what makes me special. I love being the silly, intelligent, and charming boy that I am. I love that my mom allows me to wear “weird” colored clothing, and sneakers. I love being different. When I started at my new school, other kids were mean to me. I used to try to be like them. My mom told me that I need to live my life for me, and embrace who I am. Now, I have so many friends, and I didn’t have to pretend to be someone else to get them. I am possible because I am a black boy who will grow up to be an accomplished scientist. I am possible because I use my imagination to create amazing short stories about adventures with my little brother. I am possible because I am an individual.
What words of wisdom do you think every child should grow up knowing?
I think all kids should just have fun, and not take life too seriously. Eat lots of chicken nuggets, eat your veggies (only because my mom is giving me the side eye), and drink Ting! Also, it’s important to exercise. I don’t like running, but I do Karate, Gymnastics, and Swimming. When you exercise, you feel good, and healthy. Kids should also read everyday. I love reading because you can learn about anything from a book! My mom said that more than anything, she wanted my brother and I to love reading. We’re a reading family. Everyone should just read! You can even read when you’re using the bathroom.

Hi my name is Kristian Anthony Wright. I AM POSSIBLE! I am an 11 year old 6th grader from Memphis Tennessee. I am a fashion runway model and an actor. In the fashion world, I am known as "MASTERPEACE" This name, MASTERPEACE, is fitting because not only am I a work of art, but I also serve a Master (God), and He gives me Peace in every struggle that I go through. My Mom have been battling lupus for 23 years, however, she pour every ounce of strength into me and my sisters. I also admire my mom because when I was one year old, my sister was 5 and my other sister was 2, she took us into her home and heart as foster children and two years later, she adopted us as her own and we became a forever family.

I Am Possible with... Devyn
My fans inspire me because, I know that I am a role model to them .
Therefore, it pushes me harder and harder to do the best that I can
because if I can do it they can do it too.
What are your dreams for the future?
I used to say that I would like to see myself selling out arenas and
traveling the world, but as I've gotten older, I've realized that
sometimes the best accomplishment is giving to others. My number one
priority is to buy my mother a beautiful house and a car. She's worked
and sacrificed so much to make me happy, so my goal is to give her
that happiness in return.
Who is your role model and why?
Nicki Minaj is my role model because she sets a stamp for woman. She
has a great work ethic, she stands for what she believes in, and she
looks good doing it!
Please finish this sentence: I am possible because…. "I know where I
want to go in life and no one will steer my path but me."
Why do you like Isossy Children and how does it make you feel when you wear Isossy Children clothes (if you have worn them)?
Isossy is very unique and fashion forward for kids. It has a high end
tone but still a urban look, leaving kids looking cool and swaggy.
What words of wisdom do you think every child should grow up knowing?
Have a close relationship with God. He gives you all of your blessings
even when you might not even know. Once you stay close to God, no one can stop you.

I Am Possible with Samantha Buggle
Hi! My name is Samantha Buggle; I am 12 years old and I Am Possible. I was diagnosed with Epilepsy when I was three years old. That means, there is unusual activity in my brain that causes me to have seizures. I have over 100 seizures a day, but I never let that stop me from achieving my dreams. I am an actress, a model, a blogger, and an advocate for any child that has something that makes them special.
I decided to start an online community entitled “Overcoming Epilepsy with Sammy” to share my story with the world and give other kids who might have illnesses or diseases hope. I also created a fundraiser for the Epilepsy Foundation of America and have raised thousands of dollars for the organization. My favorite thing about sharing my story is hearing from kids all around the world and how I have inspired them.
I absolutely love fashion, performing, and the runway. A fashion event called East Coast Starz is where I began to model. Starz really gave me the confidence to come out of my shell and even if I had a seizure onstage my new modeling friends where there to support me and cheer me on. I am now represented by Shirley Grant Management, it is a dream come true! They represent stars on Disney, Nick, Broadway, and movies! I couldn’t believe that they choose me and then I realized when you believe in yourself, anything is possible.
It can be difficult to have Epilepsy. The days are exhausting, and I miss a lot of it because of my seizures. It’s hard to keep up in school, I’ll probably never be able to ride a two wheeler, and I can’t stay outside for long periods of time. I think having Epilepsy makes me special, thought. I have the opportunity to do more. I can make a difference. I can inspire others to take risk and dream big, no matter what their limitations are.
What inspires you?
I am always inspired by kids who make a difference. That is the reason I
created Overcoming Epilepsy with Sammy. There are so many kids all around
the world who have done amazing things despite the obstacles they faced
like *Malala* Yousafzai, or Alexandra Scott. I’m always inspired by anyone
with passion to achieve their dreams.
What are your dreams for the future?
In the future, I see myself on set. My brother, Ryan Buggle is a child
actor who has been in lots of movies and TV shows. I want us to be a team.
I will produce and direct, and he will act. I also want to continue my work
with the Epilepsy Foundation and maybe have my own clothing line too!
Who is your role model and why?
My role model is my mom, Janine. My mom is a NICU Nurse. She is like a
super hero. Everyday she saves little babies lives. She is doing important
work and making a difference. I can only hope that one day, I grow up to
work hard just like her and make a difference in other people’s lives.
I am possible…
I am possible because I never let my limitations keep me down or stop me
from achieving a dream of mine. Having over 100 seizures does not define
all of me. I am so much more; I am an actress, a model, a friend, and a
sister. I am more than all of the hospital visits, and all of the
medicines. I am brave, and I am possible because I believe in myself.
I learned about Isossy Children at East Coast Starz. I immediately fell in
love with the clothes they are comfortable, fun, fashionable but more than
anything I love how they are more than just clothes! Isossy Children
connects you with the whole world! Isossy Children celebrates bringing
girls together and celebrating their differences at the same time, and that
is what I’m all about!
Words of Wisdom..
Do all things through kindness. Kindness is the most important thing in the
whole world to me. Sometimes there will be bullies at school, sometimes you
will have a really bad day, but you have to try to approach each situation
with kindness because that’s what makes the world a better place.

I Am Possible with Ava Ranae
Ava is a very smart, creative, funny, yet reserved 7-soon to be 8 year old. She enjoys attending school, where she is at the top of her second grade class. Recently, she was honored by her schools superintendent for a writing she did on Susan B. Anthony about women’s rights. Her piece was also published in the district calendar! Besides school, Ava loves to attend art classes, where she completed her first pottery course, as well as expressive drawing. She also has a love for American Girl Dolls. Aside from everyday life, Ava has had the opportunity to journey into a new found love...modeling! She has had the privilege to work with many known photographers, and magazines. Currently, she is the Cover Girl for Honey Be Kids Mag (Instagram @HoneyBeKidsMag). And just recently, she was selected to be brand ambassador for Naturalicious hair care products (Instagram @Naturalicious1). Ava is also a “Jus10H Kid” for fashion designer Justin Hayes (Instagram @Jus10Hisfashion) where she does photoshoots for amazing causes such as Type 2 Diabetes Awareness, Multiple Sclerosis Awareness and many more! She also has had the privilege to walk in the I Am Me 4th and 5th Annual Fashion Show, as well as the Children’s Making Strides Against Cancer 2nd Annual Fashion Show.
So far, 2016 has been really good to Ms. Ava. So we decided to keep the “good” going by kicking off workshop sessions. We are in the very beginning stages of our journey, but our target will be primarily for mothers with daughters who are looking for some sort of motivation or direction for a lifestyle boost. I get so many questions on Ava’s Instagram ranging anywhere from hair care products to education apps/books to recommend. We receive so many messages from moms, who say we have inspired them in some way or another, so I’d figure why not now! The idea will be to focus on basic natural hair care, travel, shopping fashionably but frugal, child encouragement and so much more! Very excited to see how our journey down this new road goes, but I know with time, faith, drive and determination it will be something AMAZING!

What inspires you?
Waking up every morning knowing my family is healthy.
What are your dreams for the future?
To be a model, and artist, and to make sure I share my knowledge.
Especially if it can help someone in someway. That is very important.
Who is your role model and why?
My mom is my role model because she supports me. And every single day she
tells me to try my best in all that I do.
I am possible because...
I am alive and well. I have a voice and a mind and I use them both....a lot.
Why do you like Isossy Children clothing?
They look sooooo pretty. I especially like the colors. Sitting front row at
the fashion show for NYFW made me like them even more. I could see all of the
nice clothes up close! Both my mom and I have our own favorite pieces, but
there's definitely one piece that we agree should be apart of my
wardrobe...and if you know my mom, it will be!
What words of wisdom do you think every child should grow up knowing?
Try your hardest. Always do what is in your heart. And never, ever give
