Atlantic City Fashion Week Embarks on its Sixth Season

Atlantic City, NJ (October 7, 2014)--After four successful seasons at The Pier at Caesar’s, Atlantic City fashion Week (ACFW) will embark on its sixth season at Bally’s Casino. ACFW will once again be taking over the shores of Atlantic City, NJ February 26 - 28, 2015 with their high-end, “New York Style’ fashion show. Each evening doors open at with a vendor showcase and red carpet photo-ops at 6:30, with the fashion show beginning at 7pm.

This season’s event, sponsored by Mercedes Benz of Atlantic City, will showcase local, regional and international “Ready to Wear, Children’s, Couture and retailer collections with 36 designers and 100+ models. “We are creating a brand that is synonymous with Atlantic City Casino Hotels much like Miss America. We are excited about our growth and new venue which puts us one step closer to meeting this vision.

On Thursday, February 26th, Atlantic City Fashion Week will kick-off with collections from design students at local and regional colleges and tech schools. This season’s showcase will include students from the Atlantic County Technical Institute, the Art Institute of New York, the Art Institute of Philadelphia and Harcum College. On Friday, February 27th, Ready to Wear and Retail collections will be showcased. Designers featured this season will include Cache’ Osh Kosh B’gosh and Abercrombie & Fitch. On Saturday, February 28th, couture and Avant Garde collections will be showcased. Designers will include Lainy Gold, Kevyn Michael, Latasha Hall, Samina Mughul and Victoria Reed. Additionally, during this evening, ACFW wrap party will be held at Dusk nightclub in Caesars Hotel and Casino.

Atlantic City Fashion Week is presented in part by fashionSTYLE Magazine and KingBee Media. Atlantic City Fashion Week is a multi-day showcase of Ready to Wear and Couture Fashion. It also includes a vendor exhibition, and pre-networking event for VIP guest. ACFW is held twice a year in Atlantic City and is attended by over 800 VIPs, press, buyers and fashionable attendees.

Admission to the exposition is $15.00 in advance and $20.00 at the door. Children 12 and under are free. A portion of the proceeds will to benefit Save the Twins Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the education, prevention and treatment of breast cancer in both men and women.
