What inspired you to start your business?
I started Night Nannies Australia when my son who was 10mths
at the time was having a lot of difficulty with his sleeping patterns. I was
looking for a gentle settle technique that was successful but there was nothing
except controlled crying.
What have been your favourite client experiences? I love
helping my clients. I often get calls from Mums who are very sleep deprived and
emotional and I help them over the phone and then I book in one of my
consultants who comes out and they work together to resolve the issues. The
difference before and after is amazing.
What advice would you give to someone starting up in your
industry? Make sure that your heart is in it as its about caring for people and
their children and being compassionate and understanding what they're going
through,
What are your long term goals? We are currently expanding
into mentoring and teaching up and coming sleep consultants into the field as there's currently no training offered in this area in Australia.

about accepting everyone as an individual, choice and freedom, being able to
express yourself.
What words of wisdom do you think every child should grow up
knowing? Care about the people you come in contact with and the ground you walk
